I feel as if this book really did have laser eyes, a reflection of all of us, staring us down yet, boasting our belief in our own normality. There’s a little bit of ol’ Holden Crawford in each one of us: irrationality, instability, insecurity and all the other ‘in-’ words, yielding together an awe-inspiring character. May we not forget to be ourselves, to wear basketball caps whenever we see fit and to keep wandering, through all this instability xo
